Michelle O’Neal, A.I.C.P.Land Development Manager Michelle joined Westervelt Realty in March, 2007. With a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Public Administration double concentration in urban planning and public financial management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Michelle possesses experience in navigating complex land development regulations, presenting and defending land development proposals, and has a history of working with and being well respected by local officials, planning professionals, and community organizations. Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the American Planning Association, and the Urban Land Institute. |

Alison Hudnall, REALTOR®, ABR, e-PROReal Estate Sales Representative Alison serves the Westervelt Realty team as a residential home-site sales specialist, assisting customers with home-site selection for custom construction. She also works closely with local builders and contractors who are offering distinctive homes in our luxury residential communities. Developing quality relationships with our residents and builder customers, and instilling an old-fashioned sense of neighborhood living into our communities is Alison’s priority. You will see this demonstrated in the active communication she maintains with our customers, and the engaging neighborhood events she plans for our communities. Alison is a member of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council and has been awarded two N.A.R. designations since receiving her real estate license in October 2006. In December 2007, Alison was selected as the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” for demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and proven sales acumen. In 2009, Alison will serve as the appointed Vice-President of Membership for the Women’s Council of Realtors. Originally from Montgomery, Alabama, Alison is proud to now call Tuscaloosa home. She is married to Matthew C. Hudnall from Eufaula, Alabama, and they are proud parents to two young children, Addison Lynn and Jacob Conner. She enjoys being active in the community, spending time with her children, water sports, equestrian activities, and seeking out epicurean escapades wherever she lands. |
